Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using WMR: Deleted Messages Recovery (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App. 2. Use of the App The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer, modify, or copy its content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. 3. Features & Permissions The App offers tools such as deleted message recovery, WA web, auto reply, direct chat, status saver, and bulk messaging. Certain features require permissions (e.g., storage access, notification access). Granting these is optional, but without them, some features may not work. The App processes sensitive data (messages, notifications, media) locally on your device and does not upload personal chats to external servers. 4. Advertising & Third-Party Services The App displays ads via Google AdMob and mediation partners (Meta, InMobi, Liftoff, Pangle, AppLovin, Mintegral). The App uses Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance) and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, performance monitoring, and improvements. Third-party services may collect limited technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies. 5. User Responsibilities You must not use the App to harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others. You agree not to use the App for spamming, bulk unsolicited messages, or illegal activity. You are solely responsible for how you use the App’s tools (status saver, auto reply, bulk messaging, etc.). 6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or always available. Message recovery depends on notification access and device settings; we cannot guarantee recovery of all deleted messages. 7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the App. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta, or any related brands. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. 8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. 9.
