POST_NOTIFICATIONS Purpose: To send local notifications for recovered messages and future Firebase push notifications. Notification Access (User Consent Required) Purpose: To read WhatsApp notifications so that deleted messages can be detected and shown to the user. Data Handling: Notifications are processed locally on your device. No personal message content is stored or shared externally. 3. Data We Collect We do not collect or store personal messages, media, or contacts.
